HOURS OF OPERATION
For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with QuickMaster Printing, please contact QuickMaster Printing Sales Support online at http://www.quickmasterprinting.com/contact.php or by phone at (601) 304-0632 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. central time, closed Saturday and Sunday.
MISSISSIPPI SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged for any services purchased where required by local law in the jurisdiction where the purchaser resides. Orders placed for Resale will be tax exempt. Purchasers of products for resale will be required to provide us with their state tax resale ID number when the order is placed.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Upon completion of your online order, QuickMaster Printing's shopping cart will return an order confirmation page which may be printed from your browser. QuickMaster Printing will also send you a confirmation of your order via email when your order is submitted.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card
You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, QuickMaster Printing obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order is completed.
QuickMaster Printing accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal.
Credit Card Security Codes
QuickMaster Printing requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.
Cashier's Check or Money Order
QuickMaster Printing accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may order by phone at (601) 304-0632. The cashier's check or money order must be payable to QuickMaster Printing, Inc.

Please allow 7 business day for order processing after QuickMaster Printing receives your check. Any return checks assess a $75.00 USD fee.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All jobs produced by QuickMaster Printing are imaged directly from customer supplied PDF files. Submitted PDFs will be preflighted and checked for errors before imaging to the press. Preflighting includes checking files for proper PRINTING parameters such as missing graphics and fonts, not typographical or design errors. Of course, if we notice an obvious misspelled word or mistake in your file we contact you and make the correction. However, the customer is responsible for making sure files submitted for printing have been proofed and are correct. We will not be liable for design errors on your part such as incorrect phone numbers, addresses, copy omissions or any other design errors in the printed piece. Make sure your files are correct, proofed and ready for printing BEFORE submitting them to us.
