Heidelberg QM46
All jobs are produced on our Heidelberg QM46 Direct Imaged offset press. This is true 4-color process printing with real inks on coated paper, not digitally imaged toner based prints.
When we receive your PDF it is preflighted to insure all fonts and images will print correctly. At this point, we send your job to our Heidelberg MetaDimensions RIP and the color separations are prepared. We then inspect the separations again for correctness and the job is sent directly to our Heidelberg QM46 DI press. The CMYK separations are imaged to each printing unit in perfect registration via the Presstek Laser imaging system on press. The ink settings from your PDF are conveyed to the press for perfect ink fountain settings and production is started.
Your printing is completed, packaged and shipped directly to you ready for final trimming, folding and wrapping. |
